"Very nice hotel! It is in the process of renovations but we didn’t feel it at all. We had one of the outdoor suites. Very clean and spacious. Everything looked new. I would ask for some amenities in the bathroom like shower cap and body lotion. Also a phone to reach front desk would be practical. Fitzs restaurant was excellent for dinner as well as breakfast which was very generous. "

"Receptionist was friendly and we felt very welcomed. Room was spacious for 3 of us, King bed & single bed in a room, shower was powerful and clean. Breakfast was simple, would have loved little more variety of vegetables but overall it was good for value. Handy location to use if you are driving in/out if Galway and still want to experience Galway city. It's 20 mins of walk with pavement all the way."

"Would have given 5 stars across the board but there was a scaffold right outside our window, despite requesting an ocean view. It isn't really walkable to much, but the onsite restaurant was very good and the view was amazing. There's also a quaint pub contained within the hotel, with an awesome Irish performer the night we were there."
