The desk clerk, Dan was exceptionally helpful in getting us checked in early as we had an event we had to get to before check-in time. He helped us through our stay in various ways. 「優點：浴室有spa的裝置可以使用，房間內有小的流理台方便處理食物 缺點： 旅館位在海邊不遠，整體感覺很潮濕，不舒服。水質有點滑滑的，洗完澡也覺得沒洗乾淨。」

「Sound side balcony view was amazing. Room was clean and decorated beautifully. The check in staff, night staff and day staff were all welcoming, friendly, and I really enjoyed my interactions with them. They also have a very CUTE little library section that you can borrow a book from!! Kids books as well! 」
