「Very pleasant stay. This was the second over the years. Helpful staff. Very nice room with balcony. The only inconvenience is that hotel is about 1.5 km from city centre but it is convenient for travellers having private transport (car). Taxi is typically expensive from the railway station (ranging between 23 to 30 Euro.」

「Very kind and always helpful staff, particularly the lovely Mary who runs a tight ship and is an excellent cook - her breakfast cakes were delicious. Rooms are very clean, but basic, with limited TV channels, and a system that is not really air conditioning and struggled in the hot days. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathrooms whilst clean, only have the fabric sheets for towels and problematic showers. Take your ear plugs! Location is handy and walkable, and lots of local bars...

「Hotel a pochi passi dalla Ztl di Montecatini Terme e dal centro. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera nel palazzo situato di fronte all'hotel, dove era presente anche la piscina. Camera pulita. Buona la colazione e tutto il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, essendo a ridosso della ztl, bisogna un po' girare nelle vicinanze dell'hotel per trovarne uno disponibile a pagamento nelle strisce blu ma c'è una convenzione giornaliera per i clienti...

「Aria condizionata pari a zero, stanze caldissime e frigo sporco. Piscina a pagamento , ma non c'è aceto da nessuna parte. Vogliono 10 euro a persona senza emettere scontrino o ricevuta.」

「Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though.」

「Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen aktiven Urlaub in der Toskana. Vom Bahnhof zum Hotel geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Nach Florenz, Pisa und Lucca kann man sehr gut mit dem Zug fahren.」
