「This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. 「Our King Studio room was lovely. There was loads of room, double hotplate, microwave, toaster and kettle for cooking. There was a selection of saucepans to use. Could have done with a frying pan though. Very clean and nice quality bed linen, towels etc. Handy location for walking to entertainment areas. On site laundry very handy too. Staff were lovely and helpful with anything you need.」

「The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. 「Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. I could clearly hear people talking and doors slamming in the hallway around 2-3 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I could also hear footsteps and movement from the room above. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Everything else is fine.」
