The cleaning staff here were particularly good. Wi-fi was good, too. The room was spacious and comfortable, except for lack of a desk and microwave. That's on us, though, for not looking for those things specifically. I just haven't been in a hotel room without a desk since I can remember, so I didn't think to check on this. Otherwise, everything was great.

Quiet,convenience to central hub. Dining room dinner options very ordinary,seafood basket was dry,deep fried frozen food out of boxes. Garlic prawn fettucine was not garlicky and almost no sauce, rendering it very tasteless,meals were not good.

Outstanding service from the moment we asked for early check in to when we departed with a late checkout due to work. The staff greeted you every time you passed and the facilities met our needs. Nicely located to be able to walk around the esplanade at sunrise or sunset.

The room I had looked onto the car park and the lights were on all night, the flimsy curtain that covered the window did not keep the lights out and the bed was in the wrong position, so sleeping was very hard to do.
