「We booked the top floor because it has that attic, Harry Potter feeling. OMG! It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room is so beautiful. We felt like we were living in Harry Potter's house, minus where Harry really lived in. Our only wish is that we can live in a place like this permanently. Our kids loved it. 「This is a recently renovated Gold Rush era hotel, very quaint and authentic. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated to modern standards which is nice, but have authentic period decor/antiques. The town is VERY small and cute, extremely quiet (in general) and a walkable historic self-guided tour. It makes a great base of operations for exploring the area. 「Affordable, safe, and lots of stores & restaurants near by! Pet friendly (love that pets stay free) and there’s a really nice dog park right down the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and the shower had very hot water which was great.」

「This is a great deal. If you need a clean place to stay the night in a safe area this is your choice. Very simple design with upgraded interior and has fridge and microwave. Basically two bedrooms to sleep in and bathroom /shower but perfect for what we needed coming in late. 」
