The way the staff greets guests every time they enter and exit the hotel makes me feel very respected. Extremely comfortable.

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful in arranging tours, transportation and recommendations of places to eat (all were excellent). Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Hanoi!

Very good service, excellent booked ha long bay tour and ninh binh tour.

Everything was good except for the shower, which had an issue where the water temperature constantly elevated and lowered a couple of degrees--it never got too hot or too cold, but it was somewhat annoying.
