"It's a very reasonably priced hotel with thoughtful amenities. The location is excellent, it is next to 711 and across the street from Donke superstore. The staff is very nice and friendly. There is a water dispenser, laundry, and places to sit and work downstairs. The room is small but the comfortable beds and deep bath tub make up for it."

"I stayed for here 1 night and found it to be a good option for budget travel. Very clean and quiet with excellent shared hygiene facilities. The floors are gender segregated for safety and the sleeping areas are very quiet . "The building is very old and smells bad. The room was a smoking room before they made it non-smoking. It smelled. The bathroom was old but clean. The window was sanded glass so it was not possible to check the weather from the room, one had to go outside to check it. The lack of coin laundry is definitely a negative. The stuff is very friend and helpful!"

"I chose this hotel based on its close proximity to the train station. There are walkways connecting the station to the hotel, but be aware that if you wish to use the 2nd floor access route to/from the train station, there are stairs to navigate which poses a problem for disability access, prams, or heavy luggage. Getting in via the first floor can be a bit roundabout depending on where you're coming from so plan ahead. The room is compact inside so space will be at a premium if you have many/big bags, but I expected this from a previous APA stay did not find it to be a problem. The staff is capable, rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped with all the basics. The TV offers what can best be described as an inflight-entertainment style suite of movies and programs. In addition to accessing the station, the same system of elevated walkways into the hotel also connect to nearby malls and give access to the area's main shopping street, which was very convenient. Getting to buses, trains, the subway, or Shinkansen from this hotel was very easy. Sendai is a great city to visit, and this hotel is a solid option if you wish to spend more time out sightseeing than relaxing indoors."
