「personal de limpieza abrio la puerta de habitacion cuando estaba yo durmiendo todavia en la habitacion, ni habia llamado la puerta. sitio bien, medio hora ir a pie al centro. se hace bien la comida en restaurante. parte mala es se entera todo el ruido que se hace por tu vecino...」

「Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach and about 30 min walk from the old town. Walk to old town is very enjoyable along the beach. Where are no good restaurants or bars around the hotel, need to drive or walk to the old city. Room was a little small, but balcony was huge and overlooking city and bay. Very good breakfast, nice garage, which need to be reserved in advance as space is limited. Staff is very helpful.」

「Los hoteles en San Sebastián son muy caros. Me costó trabajo elegir y finalmente este cumplió con lo prometido aunque una noche aquí es como el doble de Madrid, Bilbao o Burgos. Bien comunicado. Con una parada del autobús en la puerta. El centro está a 30 minutos caminando y 10 en autobús. La playa a 7 minutos caminando. Laura y Estivaliz de recepción fueron muy amables. El desayuno bien. Variado. No espléndido.」

「Great location. Front desk were great. Ivi bar manager and her team were so professional and accommodating. Need for better rooftop bar and pool service from staff. They left dirty dishes around and had attitude. Would stay here again but strong suggestion to invest in more lounge chairs and umbrellas. It's too hot on a rooftop to have only 4 umbrellas !! You left many customers disappointed. Overall a great hotel and Helpful staff」

「An absolutely gorgeous hotel a short stroll away from Old Town. The rooms are so unique and beautiful and comfortable, the staff so helpful and nice and the pool is perfect to chill around for hot days. Would also recommend the breakfast, we had it a few times Nd it was really tasty and well thought out. It definitely feels like a super inclusive space. Will definitely be back when next in San Sebastian.」
