「Check-in was good/quick. Especially given a severe thunderstorm was rolling in and we had to try to get my mobility-impaired dad inside somewhat quickly. Room was awesome and actually handicapped-accessible. Roll in shower was good; be aware water will run out onto the floor and the floor drain (middle of bathroom one) doesn't really drain well so you may want some extra towels or a squee-gee to get rid of all the water that comes out so you don't slip when you get out of the shower. 「1 night stay, returning customers. This is the only hotel we stay at while in Gillette. Hotel was packed due to a volleyball tournament and dance competition. Staff kept up very well. Pool was great. Breakfast was great for a free meal. Rooms were cleaned well. Noticed the smell of sanitation as we walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back. 」

「So we had checked into the red lion there AC in the hall motel was not working and my husband passed out and ended up in ICU. 「Very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, hotel was very clean. My only suggestion would be to add a few more items to the breakfast buffet, but for the price It's not a big issue. I would stay here again.」
