Very helpful front desk and clearly the housekeeping is doing their job. Property itself needs some TLC and maybe a face lift. It was stinky like former smoking room or maybe ppl smoke in the casino and then bring the smell into the room.

It's a ' you get what you pay for' kinda place. Couldn't get heat to work,it was about 58° outside, heat would have been nice for this Texan. Wi-fi cut in and out, mostly out. Bathtub had mold and mineral build up, kinda on the sketchy side of town- Casino attached so.it was loud into the late night..and morning. ..to be fair, bed was clean'ish yet made up rather sloppy- honestly hard to tell if it had been gently slept in before me..found someone's hair on the sheets..luckily.i was solo, and had 2 bads I picked the other one - no critters..and the desk staff was very sweet. ..again It was inexpensive and not the worst I've paid more for.

Staff was friendly, rooms were pet friendly, beds were clean and it was close to all amenities. That's where the positives end. Rooms had a quick go over but were not really clean. The bathroom was disgusting!! Tub, toilet & sink were stained and tacky feeling. Plus the exhaust fan was hanging from one connection in the suspended ceiling and debris was sprinkling down on the toilet and our towels. The floaters in the outside pool were very questionable. Our daughter and granddaughter had the room next door and that was no better. Plus, there was a party in the room above them and debris rained down on them and made it so she had to clean the bathroom before they could use it the next morning.
