"Hotel is under construction dust dirt all over they serve the breakfast in that dust and dirt TV and Room telephone was not working front desk staff very unprofessional and rude my fiancé come too visit me to my room front desk guy come up pounding my door to he saying I see some women entered your room who is she I need to see her ID he was screaming at door and he start treating me to saying come out side will talk this out side Please if you don’t want runing yor VC don’t go to this hotel"

"Lovely hotel in Antalya Old Town. We stayed in a room separate from hotel with fabulous outdoor private spaces that are difficult to find in the Old Town. Only downside was the bathroom that desperately needs proper ventilation and the ceiling needs painting because there is a large accumulation of mould. The included breakfast is excellent and staff kind and helpful. Good location close to the old harbour."

"We went to Rixos for family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing. The cocktails were great! The pool was very warm and clean! The view from our rooms was outstanding in the staff is very friendly speaking many languages, such as Russian English Turkish! We already booked our next trip with Rixos!"

"My girlfriend stayed in Room 101, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment she arrived, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. It was cold, damp, and uncomfortable, with a noticeable sense of moisture in the air throughout her stay. The room was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were spiders present, and the overall condition of the room appeared dirty and unhygienic. These issues alone would have been enough to raise serious concerns about the hotel's standards. The most worrying issue was the bed. Following her stay, my girlfriend developed numerous bites all over her body, leading us to believe there may have been bed bugs or another pest problem in the room. This was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable for any paying guest. Overall, Room 101 was cold, damp, dirty, and appeared to have a pest issue. The condition of the room fell far below what we expected, and I strongly urge management to investigate and address these problems immediately to prevent other guests from having a similar experience."
