Excellent staff who really care about your stay. Clean room, loved the extensive hotel free breakfast, shops/restaurants nearby within walking distance. I will for sure stay there again if and when I return to the city.

The staff provided excellent and very helpful service for all of our needs. The location was conveniently close to everything and within walking distance, it could have been more ideal. The only two points I might bring to attention are that it was not a quiet hotel and there was no elevator. Despite these minor issues, I would certainly choose to stay there again.

Very nice hotel, right in the middle of the historic old town. Very pleasant neighborhood, and the old hotel is well taken care of. Room was clean and staff was great. Just wish it could be quieter at night.

Whilst this is very much a boutique hotel rather than a modern hotel with lots of facilities, it is very convenient and the staff are amazing. It feels like a home away from home and Mr Levent especially went out of his way to provide information and a friendly welcome. I felt very well looked after.
