The room wasn’t the one that I paid, I make a reservation for a room with 2 twin beds and ocean view, and I got a room with one bed on the 3rd floor. We also found dirty sleepers sitting in the middle of the room. Coffee and breakfast was good, but unfortunately the issue with the room was not what we were expecting or what we paid for…

I travelled solo and had a great stay. The hotel is right in the city centre, with plenty of bars, restaurants and the old town all within easy walking distance. The beach is about 2 km away, although the sea is only around 200 yards from the hotel; unfortunately, there is no beach there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy, and it was well equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, sanitiser and more, so you really don’t need to bring much with you. I’d give it 9/10. The only reason I didn’t give 10/10 is that there is no swimming pool. For the price, it is an excellent hotel and very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was good and close to the elevator to get to the marina. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, good selection, fresh, and tasty. Rooms could have been cleaner, was a bit dusty and could have used a sweep before we got there. Bathroom was large and shower worked well, however, towels were all mismatched and the shampoo and conditioner were not good. Also the auto light was annoying as you had to keep coming out of the shower to get it to turn back on. Lastly, the bed only had one sheet covering the mattress and no blankets or sheets to cover yourself with. Had to go down to the front desk to get some sheets and blankets.

We would like to thank every member of the reception and breakfast staff for doing an excellent job. A special thank you to Ife and Gizem, who were incredibly helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is also excellent and easily accessible.

Huone oli siisti ja kivasti kalustettu. Jääkaappi oli hyvä lisä. Sängyissä on todella hyvät patjat. Aamiainen oli todella monipuolinen ja kahvikoneesta sai hyvät kahvit.

While the Sky Kamer Hotel in Antalya has a decent price point and convenient access for tour company pickups, the severe lack of maintenance and abysmal customer service ruined our stay. The entire property is very dated and smelled strongly of mildew. To make matters worse, our bathroom did not have a shower door or a curtain, and the shower drain was completely clogged. Every single time we showered, the entire bathroom flooded. We had to use every single towel we were given just to soak up the standing water so we wouldn't slip on the wet floors. When we notified the reception team and asked to change rooms or have the drain fixed, they offered absolutely no resolution or assistance. They explicitly told us they wouldn't help because we booked via Expedia instead of directly through their website, which is completely unacceptable customer service. Additionally, we quickly realized that the surrounding area does not feel safe, especially at night. Between the flooding hazard, the safety of the neighborhood, and management's refusal to help Expedia customers, I cannot recommend staying here.
