「An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now! 」

「We had a lovely stay and also met up with family members. Our room was fresh, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! From the moment we checked in with the gentleman in Reception, to all staff members we met during our stay, they couldnt have been more welcoming, helpful or efficient. 「We were happy with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and proactive with information. The room was small but clean. Very convenient location for visit the castle. There is a McDonalds right outside the door with a nice play area for kids if you are traveling with children 10 and under. The only down side was the elevator was out of order when we were there.」

「Warm welcome at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean as was the bathroom. As it was Christmas, they left a box of Quality Street in the room for us. Nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good. Value for money.」
