Zwar war der Service aufmerksam und das Essen gut, doch insgesamt wurde der Aufenthalt stark durch gesperrte Wanderwege wegen Holzfällarbeiten sowie den nicht nutzbaren Teich aufgrund von Bauarbeiten beeinträchtigt. Der damit verbundene Baulärm hat die Erholung zusätzlich gestört."

"Die Superior Zimmer sind sehr schön und haben einen schönen Ausblick. Die Superior Plus Zimmer hingegen gucken auf die Einfahrt. Zum Glück konnten wir am zweiten Tag wechseln. Wäre sinnvoll das mit reinzuschreiben, damit man weiß was man bekommt. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider sehr überschaubar und öffnet erst um 15 Uhr. "Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go. I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details. Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better for someone to contact us as we were only just after the cut off. They could have left the keys out for us but no they just locked up and left us stranded"
