Trotz vorhandener Parkplätze war es eine Herausforderung, einen freien Platz zu finden, da einige Fahrzeuge so parkten, dass sie gleich zwei Stellplätze blockierten. Das Zimmer war insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn das bereitgestellte Tablet defekt war und beinahe auseinanderfiel. Dies hat uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört. Das Essen war gut, aber die Sauberkeit der Möbel ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ein Stuhl war an den Querstreben unterhalb der Sitzhöhe sehr verschmutzt und mein Schuh klebte am Tischbein fest – das unangenehme Geräusch einer klebenden Sohle ist wohl jedem vertraut. Der Tisch selbst war hingegen sauber und wurde, sobald die Gäste fertig waren, zügig abgeräumt.

Angenehme Übernachtung in Bad Frankenhausen

Parken am Hotel möglich, eventuell ein paar Meter die Straße runter. Check-in ging schnell. Ich hatte ein Zimmer in der oberen Etage mit Dachschräge. Wie andere bereits bemängelt haben, ist die Wanne mit Dusche in der Schräge verbat und nur sitzend nutzbar. Ein Unding. Frühstück top, Sauna top

Tolle Lage,Nettes Personal,die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.Empfehlen würde ich es nicht und ich selber würde ich es auch nicht nochmal besuchen,ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Kurze Auszeit

Wir waren vom 14.03-16.03.2025 im Hotel um mal kurz dem Alltag zu entfliehen und mal durchzuatmen. In allem gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit .

Gutes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt

Die Hotellobby im Erdgeschoss/ Eingangsbereich war zur Ankunft nicht sehr einladend sondern im Winter zugig. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, Personal an der Rezeption okay, beim Frühstück hervorragend. Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gut, Wasser für Tee leider nicht heiß. Schwimmbad und Sauna gut, Infrarotkabine leider außer Betrieb. Handtücher in diesem Bereich fehlen und Wäschekörbe für mirgebrachte Handbücher sind am Boden schimmilig. Parken direkt am Hotel sehr gut.

Zimmer wg. Bad ist eine Zumutung!

Hatte im 6 Stock mein Zimmer, nur 1 Fenster konnte man kippen. Badkonzept gehört komplett überdacht! Badewanne in der Dachschräge, duschen nur kniend möglich. Bei/auf der Toilette kann selbst mit Handstand pieseln.

Ein Wochenende!

Bei Ankunft hat man gemerkt das wir ein Economyzimmer gebucht hatten. Das Zimmer war wohl sauber, waren aber enttäuscht da wir ein Zimmer mit einzel Betten erhalten haben. So stand es nicht auf der Buchungsseite. Wir haben Abends das Angebot des Buffetessen gebucht- 29€/Person leider war der Fisch 3x gestorben, Kartoffeln u. Nockis waren hart, Nudeln waren ausgetrocknet, eine Stunde vor ende wurde nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Am Morgen zum Frühstück sah es genauso aus. Die Bedienung waren freundlich und entgegenkommend. Vorteil das Schwimmbad hat gefühlt kaltes Wasser und ist somit nicht überfüllt.
