"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição.
