É a quarta vez que me hospedo neste hotel somente para pernoite. Tive problema com a cama do meu quarto e prontamente foi resolvido. Fiquei num quarto studio que é pequeno mas para pernoite é suficiente. Pessoal atencioso. Bons restaurantes na proximidade. Café da manhã bom. Estacionamento meio apertado mas atende. Recomendo.

Primeiro que o quarto estava sujo, tinha sujeira no chão no dia em que chegamos 27/06/24, mesmo saindo pela manhã e deixando a placa para limpar o quarto a sujeira permaneceu lá até último dia que saímos dia 01/07/2024. A sujeira estava ao lado do frigobar. Reservei quarto com cama de casal, mas no quarto em que fiquei, era duas camas de solteiro juntas, extremamente desconfortável. A recepcionista disse que o quarto era de luxo. No primeiro dia, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, recepcionista disse que todos estavam da mesma forma. A noite levou um rapaz para fazer manutenção no ar-condicionado, eu e minha esposa estavamos no quarto durante a manutenção, situação desagradável e desconfortável. Quarto deveria ter sido checado e preparado antes dos hóspedes chegarem e não durante a estadia. O que salvou foi o café da manhã, que estava maravilhoso, moças da cozinha bem atenciosas e simpáticas tudo delicioso. Obs: Tenho fotos e vídeos de tudo, não consegui postar aqui nesta avaliação.

Tudo muito bom, menos o colchão afundado ( e por serem 2 juntos ficava ruim de dormir em casal) e o quarto onde ficamos a janela dava para um corredor onde havia passagem de hóspedes de outro quarto. Mas o café é muito bom mesmo.
