Há praticamente dois anos que nos hospedamos pelo menos duas vezes ao mês no hotel, infelizmente hoje dia 04.10 2025 esquecemos um bolo de pote no frigobar. Ao percebemos, entramos em contato com a recepção expondo a situação. Para nossa surpresa tivemos a seguinte resposta: "FUI VERIFICAR COM O SETOR RESPONSÁVEL, PORÉM JA FORAM EMBORA". Perguntamos. Se essa resposta foi para um bolo de pote no valor de R$ 15,00, esse estabelecimento é confiável para continuarmos nos hospedando e deixando nossos pertences?

O hotel tem quartos amplos, bom chuveiro, boas roupas de cama e banho. O café da manhã também é muito gostoso. E os funcionários gentis. Porém, pecam na limpeza. A bancada do banheiro do quarto estava totalmente suja, para não dizer nojenta do hóspede anterior, que provavelmente fez a barba. Precisam ter mais atenção com esse quesito que é essencial para a segurança da saúde dos hóspedes...

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel, desta vez o colchão estava horrível velho é que causou dores nas costas. Solicitei a troca do colchão e me deram um upgrade, aí ficou tudo ok. Mas precisa o cliente reclamar que o colchão não tem a mínima condição de oferecer uma noite de sono.
