「Room was perfect size for three and clean. Would stay again.」

「This hotel is certainly run down and could use some updates. The shower floor felt very spongy, like you could step right through it. We also found a pill in the room (assuming a gel Tylenol but not certain.) The carpet also felt a little damp- like it needed a dehumidifier for the room. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements were not as pleasant either. Easily heard our neighbors down the hall and upstairs at all times of the night. Unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodations.」

「First room they put us in was terrible it smelled like cat urine then after they did change room but it wasnt any better so we just left i was creeped out」

「The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.」

「This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used...

「A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again.」

「I was not impressed with this location. Room was very dirty, smelled like someone had been smoking in there for days, burn holes in the blanket, broken dresser.」

「This place would not be to everyone's taste. It is not a regular corporate-type hotel and it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. A neighboring building is boarded up. The upstairs is a maze of tiny rooms. Shower down the hall. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an interesting neighborhood one block from busy Delaware Ave and set among wonderful old mansions. My room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. If I return to Buffalo I will certainly stay here again.」

「The bed was fine and we slept well. The handicapped bathroom was poorly converted and, after a shower, the floor was in about 1 inch of water. They vacuumed it and brought towels for the second shower -to build a dam! Didn’t work as the shower drain water came up in the unfinished drain of the bathroom floor. They came to pick up all the towels, give us new towels and tissues as the tissue box had only had 2 tissues left when we arrived. The bottom of the bathroom wall looked like it was removed...
