"Not safe at all"

"This was the dirtiest and most unkept hotel stay I've ever had. I will not book this hotel brand again. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty and sticky. The trash can on our floor was full and had a full trash bag open outside it, which smelled horrible. It stayed there for a whole night and into the next day. The ceilings were stained, the sofa cushions had bad stains on both sides, there were big crumbs on the floor, there was a huge, dried splash of something on the artwork above the desk, there was mold on the wall on both sides of the A/C unit, the bathroom floors were not clean, the door was falling apart at the bottom, the coffee maker in the room was full of white and blue mold that I swiped with my finger, there were lots of damaged areas on the walls and doors. The beds were fine, but overall it felt gross and I will not go back to a Country Inn and Suites again. I have pictures of everything if anyone needs to see them. "

"Beautiful hotel with outstanding service. I frequent 4 and 5 star hotels, and Bleckley Inn is right with them. The breakfast was excellent, and the location next to the parking garage can’t be beat. EV chargers are available and the first two hours are free. The housekeepers are super attentive and detail oriented. Easiest check in and check out I’ve encountered. If you’re on the fence, book it. You won’t be disappointed."

"My 2 children and I arrived to the property late, around 11pm after a 5 hour drive. I had booked the room 2+ weeks in advance with the “pay at the property” option. We gathered our belongings and entered the hotel to be greeted by a kiosk with and an off property rep. After scanning my ID she informed me the the hotel was overbooked and the front desk had canceled our reservation. I did not get a phone call or email to inform me. We needed to find another hotel in the middle of the night and pay more. Very disappointed. I’ve arrived late to many hotels with the same payment selection and have never had this problem. I also hated the idea of the kiosk and not have that extra layer of hospitality and security ON PROPERTY. "
