Check-in was simple and efficient, with probably one of the friendliest and welcoming greetings I've ever had. The single room is nice (I had to move, thanks to a very loud, foul mouthed, and extremely selfish guest in the room above), but the double is absolutely wonderful! Very spacious, well appointed, beautifully quiet, and exceptionally clean. If I'm ever back in Skegness, I wouldn't hesitate to re-book here. Highly recommended."
