Our room was close to one of the exit doors. The exit doors don't close softly. Everytime the door slams shut you are straight up in bed wide awake. All exit doors need to be adjusted to close softly.

Rooms dirty, sheets had hair on them, towels had long hairs on them. Checked in at 2am after a flight into Anchorage. Domestic dispute in the parking lot around 4 am with lots of yelling and F bombs woke me up. First room had a deadbolt that wouldn’t work and the lock you flip over for extra security ...
