"There are not enough outlets in room, particularly at the bedside. Recommend purchasing clocks with plugs/power ports. This would solve the issue."

"understaffed for the arrival and departure of a large number of overseas aircrews all at one time, mixed with a surge of other customers. Recommemd a dedicaterd registration clerk and bellman for these special customers while other customers are in a separate first come first serve line. Lobby became very chaotic for a period in the early evening and morning"
