「Everything about Hammock Beach Resort was perfect! Theres a wide variety of restaurants on site, nice pools and beautiful rooms. Theres a security entrance that makes everything very safe to wonder the resort freely. The kids pool was heated which made is fantastic on warm and cool days. Lots of seating with umbrellas. 「There was no room service, they never answered our phone call after 20 minutes of trying. A guest was yelling in the lobby after midnight. Multiple guests yelled for them to quiet down and there was no effort from the lobby staff for them to be quiet. I called down to see if there was a policy about quiet hours which was replied no. The bathroom had water damage all over, the wall paper was stapled to the wall and the toilet was not stable. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were nicer. ALSO, there...
