「I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. 「Convenient location with good restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighbourhood is walkable and the nearby parks are nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was fine. The bed is on the hard/firm side. Pillows were on the very light and fluffy side. Beatriz was the host and she was friendly and helpful. The place has lots of plants and decor. Different vibe than large corporate chains. You'll need WhatsApp to communicate coming and going due to the secured gate. 」
