This hotel is great! The staff was so helpful and attentive. The breakfast was clean and well attended to, which is very different than others I’ve stayed at in the area. The room was spacious and clean. Super comfortable beds. Walking distance to Disneyland.

The bath/shower was a bit outdated- the water temperature in the shower lets changing from hot to cold. The rooms were nice and large and clean. Very loud with the laminate floors- you can hear everything from the rooms above- I would recommend hotel to remove rolling ottomans- very loud for people in lower floors.

The staff, breakfast, and pool are always great. This was our second time staying at this hotel for a Disneyland visit. We get the family suite which gives the kids their own room, TV and bunk beds. The one thing that was different this time is that the parking garage and elevators had a strong sewage smell. They had maintenance in so hopefully they were fixing something related to that, but I'm not sure. It wasn't gone by the time we left. We had a really great stay the first time but we really had to brace ourselves for the smell in the elevators every time we used them.

The room was nice and clean, and it worked for us as a family to have a separate room with a bunk bed for our kid. Proximity to Disney was great. The bed sheets were very rough, stiff and noisy whenever you moved and not comfortable. The noise from the hallway and other doors shutting is super loud, but that can be expected in a hotel setting. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.
