Hotel rooms were nice and clean. Location was terrific. Hallways were slightly challenging with narrow staircases to access room which was challenging with heavy luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at the Times Hotel. First time in Amsterdam, the staff (Ingrid in particular) was so helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was quality, location is fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. Would stay again!

Very helpful staff, everything was fine, great location. Although there is a lift, the additional steps to our room were a challenge with heavy bags, fortunately the staff helped greatly.

We liked the location -- easily walkable to the Dam and trams, and the staff was both helpful and friendly. We loved looking over the canal from our room. The room was small and sparse. It would have been helpful to have more hooks in the bathroom and a small desk somewhere, though I don't know how it would fit in. The lobby needs some updating .

Really nice, conveniently located. Only down side is their “valet parking.” Some one comes within 30 or so minutes and takes your car to some location outside of city! Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a twin room facing the canal in the top floor and it was lovely. Not huge but plenty big enough with air con and decent bathroom. Hotel staff were friendly. Great quiet but central location. Recommend.

Reception staff were amazing, very helpful with recommendations and directions. We were in an Economy room which was very small but big enough for our needs. The en suite was very clean and larger than some we have stayed in. The location was ok but there is a coffee shop next door. It is about a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Amsterdam.
