Great staff

Gina at front desk was very welcoming friendly and helpful. The Location of this hotel is the reason we like coming here. Upstairs rooms are way way better than the rooms at lower level (basement).

This hotel is in the heart of the action But needs a upgrade The bed was horrible and might have came with the building and the room was super hot even with the provided fan I feel it should have been priced lower Because the location did not justify the extra money Staff was friendly

Location was good for Leidsepelein and central Amsterdam. Bus connection just across the bridge for airport. Lovely bars and restaurants very near. Quiet location overlooking canal. When booking 2 single beds.... didn't expect a double bed with 2 X single Duvets.

This was a last minute booking when I was stuck in Amsterdam unexpectedly while traveling. It was the perfect location to reach the metro, the bus, and walkable to the Jordaan neighborhood as well as The Nines. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Please note when they say their stairs are Amsterdam stairs, they mean it. If you’re not an elevator person, be prepared for the narrow flights and trekking your luggage. The rooms are small, but cute. The facility was clean, just dusty in certain areas. Overall I would absolutely stay again.

Nice Hotel. Close enough to partake in all the downtown fun but far enough not to have the noise. Staff at the front desk were lovely! The bus instructions sent out by the hotel were a life saver and saved so much money. Only downside was the construction outside the building which started at 7am. Would totally stay here again though!
