All staff are friendly and helpful. The reception desk personnel and facility manager helped me to correct a problem with my initial reservation and were able to honor it even though it had been mistakenly cancelled. I was even able to extend my stay. This friendliness of all staff in this facility has provided a feeling of being in my home away from home.

La struttura ha una zona per fare ginnastica. Non ha la lavastoviglie e ho dovuto comprare il detersivo per lavare i piatti. Avrei apprezzato una padella più nuova. Per il resto l'appartamento era ottimo, spazioso con una vasca in bagno e ben vivibile.

I couldn’t ask for anything more when staying at a hotel. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! The room was perfect for an extended time, the WiFi was perfect, the gym, the sauna, the pool, the distance to grocery store, the laundry service, etc.... was perfect! PERFECT & you will be pleased as well!

Je suis venu avec ma famille passer le séjour lors des fêtes de noel . Superbe ambiance , rien à redire au niveau de la propreté nous avons étaient trés bien accueillis . L'hotel était trés charmant et superbement décoré pour l'occasion . Nous reviendrons !

Convenient because there are many washing machines and dryers available for free. Due to the construction of Metro Line 51, an alternative bus to Amsterdam Zuid Station is available from a nearby bus stop. There is JUMBO nearby and you can shop. Wi-Fi becomes slow at night.

No maid service

The room was never serviced once during 4 nights staying at the hotel. They left a letter asking me to was my dishes but never supplied washing up liquid. If they expect the guests to clean the room for the next guest they should first change the the name of the hotel from serviced apartments to DIY hotels
