Hotel was very nice, our room was exactly like the picture. We chose a larger room for the space and it was nice and roomy with big windows facing the street! Big bathtub was a treat! Ended up needing some medical care and the gentleman at the front desk helped us immensely, sent us to nearest hospital (was night time), and received excellent care there.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Location was perfect with everything very walkable. The only downside was a bit old plumbing fixtures in the bathroom that need some upgrades.

Good location, very close to flower market and restaurants. Helpful and kind staff. Air conditioner made the room very cold on the hot day we’ve been there. Water in the bathroom sink was draining slow but still working. There is no elevator but the staff were so nice to carry our luggages to our room at our arrival and departure. Overall nice place to stay

I will never stay here again. They got our rooms mixed up with our friend's room, charged us their payment, the refrigerator didn't work in our friend's room, the shower didn't drain well, water got all over the bathroom floor and would've leaked into the room if I didn't stop it. Thankfully they switched us to a larger room, which I'm grateful for. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Can not fault the room it was lovely and absolutely immaculate. The staff could not have been more helpful, excellent customer service, they even decorated the room and left a card for my partners birthday. Relaly impressed and will definetely being staying again. Check in was not until 3pm but if you have an early arrival flight then you can drop your bags off until check in and the same when leaving.
