No enough clean cups apparently, no a least free tea, stuff my not now the navigation within the hotel, broken light in the room - been promised that it will be fixed next day never happened. Otherwise all good and I would defo book it again.

Near the city border of Amsterdam. Area where the hotel is located is a little bit shaggy but the rooms and the hotel are perfect. Enjoyed my stsy very much together with my foldable bike.

The room was very clean. It had a good shower facility with supplied shower gel.It was a budget room so I did not expect a large room, more a place to sleep. For somewhere clean, safe, friendly staff and with refreshment machines and less than ten minutes walk to the tram station, I can't complain.

Property was in a nice quiet area and within walking distance of a convenience store and a couple restaurants. However, you could hear your guest throughout the night with the doors slamming and the walls being so thin other than that there were no complaints. The facility was clean and very safe throughout the entire stay.

Ho scelto questo hotel soprattutto per il prezzo molto competitivo, ma anche per il concept: l'idea di una cuccetta privata en suite mi piace. Tuttavia, non è molto chiaro come farsi cambiare gli asciugamani (ho soggiornato per diversi giorni). Altra questione, più importante: i letti sono raggiungibili con una scala molto alta (due metri), e le protezioni non sembrano sufficienti per non cadere. Inoltre ci vorrebbe un piccolo scaffale dove posare telefono e libro accanto al letto, per evitare che caschino a terra. Ultima cosa, i pioli della scala sono molto sottili (a occhio, 5 cm) e io ho avuto qualche difficoltà a usarli. Andrebbero sostituiti con pioli lunghi almeno il doppio. Per il resto, se siete anche un po' stanchi dei soliti alberghi, il Capsule Hotel è un'alternativa simpatica.

The room was really really clean and it's actually alot bigger than I thought the room would be. Check-in was easy it's done via a machine in the lobby. Nice coffee machine, microwave and vending machines in the lobby too. The only downside was the noise from other rooms, the first night I got no sleep due to slamming doors, chatting and general noise from the other rooms. The last night was okay I slept well, so it really just depends on who is next to you when you stay. Was cheap and within walking distance to Amsterdam

En somme une bonne expérience, environ à 40 min de la gare centrale, métro, tram et marche. L’hôtel est moderne et propre. Sauf les serviettes qui sont toutes rendues jaune. Personnel agréable. Option économique, seulement pour dormir. Le déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix. Si vous prenez le lit en haut, il est très haut. Si vous n’êtes pas en forme, évitez! Nous avons trouvé un emballage de condom et un condom neuf dans la fente du matelas…

Overall an 85/100. Staff are super nice and informative. Every person at the desk was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I give a ding on cleanliness as the pods are cleaned before you arrive, and after you leave. With the size of them I understand. If you have your stuff inside you’re going to have limited room to clean. Walls are a little thin. But for the price, service elsewhere, and all you have in the room it’s great. What’s my biggest downer is location. It’s next to the 5/25 line but it’s about 1.05km-1.30km from either nearest stations. And from there if you want to transfer to central that’s an extra train apart from the tram. I can’t tell you how many times I forgot something and had to walk all the way back to get it. Another downer is that there are not many food options available. Other than that, if you’re experienced using the transportation system in Amsterdam and don’t mind the extra steps this is a must book. Hostel vibe without the fear of someone rummaging through your stuff, or sleeping with someone watching you. Stayed for 10 days total would 100% stay here again.
