「這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。」

「Beautiful property with a lovely spacious room with 3 single beds. Two beds were really comfy but the third was a sofa bed and not very comfortable. Well stocked tea tray but would prefer a coffee machine and fresh milk. But I’m a coffee snob! Lovely breakfast and would fully recommend this property.」

「The hotel is easy to find and close to York famous city walls. The room is not too big but enough for single traveller. Reception lady is kind and offering help with my big luggage upstair. 」

「I had an excellent experience. The landlord, Qin, was very enthusiastic and helpful in solving our problems. The property I stayed in was located on the first floor, right next to the reception. The room wasn’t very big but was cozy and warm. It had a bathtub with plenty of hot water available.
