「The hotel and bar were lovely! The gardens and outside 24hr spa were very nice. Downtown seems like it has really gone down hill but this facility was very enjoyable. 」

Room was cute, comfy beds, great mirrors, great tub but keurig didn’t work and we booked for 3 adults but room was only set up with enough towels and coffee for two. Be sure to check your messages and reply or you won’t get maid service. Big problem with homelessness in this area drifting in and around which was a scary problem since there is no designated smoking area, they make you walk out to the sidewalk which is right on the strip where they...

「The interior and grounds were so beautiful. Enjoyed sitting under the flower canopies. The staff were great! The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was good. Right off the highway and east walking to restaurants and shopping in Old Town. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. 」

「The employees from the front desk to the restaurant/bar server to the Shuttle drivers were exceptional and so kind and cheerful. They even picked us up at the car rental shuttle office the night before so we could go back and drop off our car to then use the shuttle to the airport, which started as early as we needed, in our case, 3:30am for a 5:20am flight. Best place we have stayed in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. 」

「The beds were really comfortable and the shower was great! The waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast was rude, but other then that, amazing! 」
