They assisted us with transportation, tours, and any questions we had. Their responses via WhatsApp were always incredibly fast, making it easy to plan our activities and enjoy our vacation without any stress. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel valued as guests and truly helped make our stay perfect. "My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and we loved the property. We stayed during low season and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful of any place I've ever stayed. Our casita was spotless and well appointed. It was nice coming back to the room each night to find the cookies that were left for us during the turndown services. The prices were very fair and the food was excellent. We didn't get a chance to eat in a couple of the restaurants because the property wasn't busy enough for the them to open. Which was fine, we understand that they're not going to open just for us. We met another couple in the pool on our first day and they said they thought the food on property was some of the best they had on the island. I would say it's as good as some of the best we had on the island for sure. Overall, we loved our stay and if we find ourselves back in San Pedro, we'll definitely be at Matachica."

"No refrigerator or microwave . A refrigerator is on request. Toilet paper should be readily available in the rooms but you have to ask . Overall , staff was amazing and service is superbly helpful. It is very secluded so if you are looking for action you won't find it here but across the split is where you can find entertainment. You will have to take the go cart they provide to ride to the ferry which is $5 round trip ."

"The hospitality was unmatched at the property. The staff was amazing and property was amazing. The breakfast was very good and the pool was gorgeous. The staff was very attentive and catered to our every need. Thanks to Oscar, Alfred, Stewy, and crew for making my birthday so special."
