Everything was perfect. Staff, amenities, tours, food, site, everything. We especially liked your dive/snorkel team of Rene and Hicento, who were professional, safety conscious, and gentle with my three teenagers as they navigated a discovery dive for the first time. If we are ever in Ambreygris Caye again, Victoria House is the only place we would stay.

The nicest place to stay in San Pedro!! It is a little slice of paradise with no sargasso smell and expansive ocean views. It’s the “continental “ breakfast was more than sufficient and so fresh. All the staff are top notch. By far the best place to stay on Ambergris Caye! We will come back next year for our annual wedding trip.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was perfect and the air conditioner worked great!! The location of the property is convenient to town and the airport. The food was absolutely amazing!! We ate the continental breakfast daily, which was really good, but we also had several dinners there and everything that we had was exceptional. All of the staff were also super kind and helpful. We will definitely stay at the Victoria House again.

This is an excellent resort! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the turn-down service and fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was delicious, and the wait staff was very attentive. We rented a golf cart several times to venture into town, they were well maintained and comfortable.

We stayed in one of their casitas. It was very cute clean and well maintained. Every staff member no matter if they were maintaining the grounds, serving food or cleaning your room were super friendly and helpful. The infinity pool was so relaxing. Food and drinks were good. A little pricey. The only thing I wish they had more of was nightly entertainment. Other than that our stay at the Victoria house was amazing.
