We rented two rooms were on a different floors and it was a little annoying that you could only access the floor that you had a key card for so it was difficult. If not impossible to visit each other. The second thing was that both rooms. The shower drain was clogged."

"No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times. The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place."
