Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Amarillo I-40 West, TX

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Amarillo I-40 West, TX

8/10 Good
"The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Very good place for the money. Loved the "Western Motif" decoration theme. The Cooked breakfast was same as other hotels. Could've used a 2nd waffle maker to reduce wait time. We did an extremely late check-in due to travel delay. Vehicle parking was non-existent due to 1 box truck and 3 pick-ups with trailers taking up a total of SIXTEEN (16) spaces. And there was no disabled parking available also, for the small number of spaces they had for the property. The night front desk clerk, JAIME was gracious enough to allow me to park behind his car in front of the lobby entrance. Two others that arrived after us complained about parking also. Using Expedia helped speed up reservation, check-in and out procedures. Definitely one of the classiest hotels on/near "route 66" ."

"I loved the fact They accepted dogs!! It was relatively quiet!! They do need at least two ice machines! Needs a lot of cosmetic repairs however I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! The front desk on arrival was too slow though but the second and third day the girls were wonderful"
