Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working.

The hotel room was clean, a little outdated, however nicely furnished and well taken care of. There is a wonderful parking lot that is a short walk away from your room, which is nice. The beach is a very short walk away and was lovely! Love that they have a tennis court and large pool. Food and necessities are a short 5 min. drive away. I would definitely stay again.
