「First of all the picture of the facility is NOTHING like the check-in area or any other place in the building. I was disappointed with the accommodations...they were marginally adequate. The desk staff was helpful and courteous which was a big plus.」

「The Room reeked of bad odor. The staff did not look at all professional. We only stayed one night and left because it was so bad. Worst ever!」

「The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...

「I would elect Pat to be our next president. He is that great with people. Needs to quit the tobacco though. I want him to be around a long, long time. Bosses ned to give him a big raise and a company car. But not a promotion. He's too cool to be a manger. 」

「I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.」

「This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.」

「Parking was good staff was very good the beds in our room however were completely uncomfortable and breaking down. If you're unfortunate enough to lead toward the side of the bed it compressed and he was sliding onto the floor. The other bed in our room was very very hard. But for some are mattresses fine the bathroom also had mold stains up under the shower lip going around the tub. The drain also rusted and corroded in the shower We stayed at Red Roof Inns before and we think this one was...

「This was a sirprise gem. It's in quite a busy area, with a number of stores and restaurants close by, and near 81, but going up to the motel is like going into another world. It's a lovely pastoral scene with a view of the distant mountains, and so quiet! In the next room was an occasionally screaming toddler but I wouldn't have known if his mother hadn't told me. I couldn't hear a thing. The room itself was basic but comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.」
