「I arrived 3 hours before check-in on a motorcycle. They went beyond and had a room read for me in 25 minutes. Very accomodating and friendly staff.」

「Every interaction with the staff, regardless of the role, was excellent. Our room was comfortable and the facility had great outdoor seating options next to the stream and waterfall. One area that does need some attention is the kitchen. Breakfast was disappointing and the quality of the our dinner - lemon garlic pasta - was below par. That said, we would certainly stay here again.」

「I’ve been staying here at least once a year for approximately ten years. I keep coming back. It’s convenient if you’re visiting Baltimore or DC. Nice breakfast every day and the suites are clean and well equipped. Staff always very helpful. My only real complaint this trip seems to be the diminished quality of toilet paper and paper towels. I’ll be back as it has become a comfortable and convenient home away from home. 」

「The biggest issue that we had the hotel personnel tried to make a queen size mattress fit on a king size mattress. It was much to late to ask for another sheet plus my wife was exhausted and she said forget about it.」

「The manager was welcoming and efficient. He quickly resolved an issue with the room's smoke detector once I reported it. The hotel's location felt safe and the room was quiet and comfortable. The room seemed a little worn and the bathtub had a few stains but everything seemed clean. The room contained all the expected essentials. I would recommend it to friends,」

「The stairs up to our room seemed like they could use a little reinforcing/updating. However, the stairway was well lighted and easily navigable. We did find a previously opened bottle of water in our refrigerator, likely from a prior guest. The room was clean and comfortable, but could use additional electrical outlets near the bed for CPAP users.」

「At first our 1 night stay was ok untill nightfall when the dopers started hanging out but thats anywhere now these days room looked clean had a lil hint of a smoke smell which was a nonsmoking room till we seen bed sheets had burn holes in em but hey whatever what got me was the fact dawn came in sitting there and started seeing roaches crawling on the wall dresser even had 1 on the table bout that time im waking the wife up like we getting out of here now went 2 the front 2 ask 4 a refund and...
