「We had a great stay here and couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The room was perfect for us, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. Staff went out of their way to help us and always with a smile. The spa is beautiful but sadly we ran out of time so didn’t use it. Hopefully next time!」

「Avendo prenotato e pagato per una camera tripla, ci si aspetta di trovare quanto richiesto e non di supporre da parte del gestore che anche essendo in 2 persone possa andare bene un letto matrimoniale e sentirsi dire che abbiamo pagato poco usufruendo di un'offerta e che per una notte può andare bene, non è per nulla professionale a mio parere. Camera e bagno puliti ma struttura rumorosa avendo la strada difronte. Posizione ottima per arrivare in centro a piedi.」

He told me to sit down and enjoy lunch on him (he owns a restaurant by the same name)The owner charged me full price for my room and charged me for lunch- he never gave me a bill). Then said he would help me pick up my bags from my car outside the center of Matera. Instead he took me to an occupied apartment and told me this is where I’d be staying. 「Sehr herzlicher Empfang, Hilfe bei der Parkplatzsuche, grosszügige Früchteschale und Frühstück stehen bereit! Sehr zentral gelegen, Highlight mit James Bond auf der Brücke!! Das Zimmer war sehr wohnlich und gross. Sehr schön.」

「Il bagno presenta alcune criticità, la porta semi trasparente satinata non è adatta ad una stanza quadrupla, inoltre no si chiude perfettamente riducendo l'intimità. Il lavabo era otturato e non è stato sistemato durante il soggiorno. La carta igienica non era sufficiente e abbiamo dovuto richiederla. Non ci sono appendini all'interno, gli asciugamani dopo il cambio sono stati riposti in maniera tale da non essere più riconoscibili. 」
