「The owner was very helpful and helped us find a restaurant and offered us a garage for parking. The place is very new and clean. There isn’t much for a B&B. A few packaged snacks and water. 」

「We had a great stay here and couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The room was perfect for us, spotlessly clean and was perfect for our needs. Staff went out of their way to help us and always with a smile. The spa is beautiful but sadly we ran out of time so didn’t use it. Hopefully next time!」

「The owner said he didn’t have my reservation but not to worry. He told me to sit down and enjoy lunch on him (he owns a restaurant by the same name)The owner charged me full price for my room and charged me for lunch- he never gave me a bill). Then said he would help me pick up my bags from my car outside the center of Matera. Instead he took me to an occupied apartment and told me this is where I’d be staying. There was nothing available in town (it was a holiday). I kept the key so I would...

「Il bagno presenta alcune criticità, la porta semi trasparente satinata non è adatta ad una stanza quadrupla, inoltre no si chiude perfettamente riducendo l'intimità. Il lavabo era otturato e non è stato sistemato durante il soggiorno. La carta igienica non era sufficiente e abbiamo dovuto richiederla. Non ci sono appendini all'interno, gli asciugamani dopo il cambio sono stati riposti in maniera tale da non essere più riconoscibili. 」

「Was eigenlijk een prima onderkomen (voor 1 nacht). Wel een vreemde gewaarwording; een motel direct gekoppeld aan een tankstation en truckerscafe. Ontbijt bestaat uit 2 broodjes en 2 drankjes in het truckersrestaurant. Alle stroom viel uit, maar was binnen 10 minuten verholpen; kan gebeuren. Ruimschoots parkeergelegenheid. Als tussenstop uitstekend; meer niet.」

「Dimos con esta opción de hospedaje en Matera por el precio, pues cerca del centro son altos. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que estaba más lejos de lo que calculamos, pero el staff fue super amable para explicarnos cómo llegar y hacernos saber las diferentes opciones. Al final elegimos movernos en bus y fue muy práctico y rápido. El hotel es bonito, limpio, moderno. La habitación es cómoda y agradable. 」
