「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...

「Bondo Hometel was such an amazing hotel. The rooms were very modern and very clean. There were 2 swimming pools on the roof. A cafe on the roof to get food along with a bar for drinks. There was also a full restaurant on the 11th floor and a bakery with desserts and coffee in the lobby. The only thing that was missing was maybe a microwave in the room. It does have a 2-eyed stove top that runs on gas. But no oven. So there is not much cooking in the room. But absolutely gorgeous view of both the...

「I loved this hotel! It's beautiful, the staff was very helpful and the location was perfect. Right in the middle of walled city and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and all you need. This was definitely the best choice and if I return to Cartagena, I'll be back at this place.」
