Staff super cordiale, unica sfortuna: avevamo prenotato una double/twin room e non ci é stato chiesto se preferivamo avere un letto matrimoniale o due singoli (anche colpa mia comunque, potevo avvisare di mia iniziativa). 「Personale accogliente, ma troppo odore di fumo nella hall al mattino. Camera semplice col necessario per brevi soggiorni. Proprio accanto, in questo periodo, c'è un cantiere con ruspa in azione. Abbastanza insonorizzata ma comunque accanto a strade a scorrimento veloce. Colazione nel bar annesso, buona ma non a buffet. Ristorante anneso con piatti non ricercati ma prezzi onestissimi. In generale consiglio. 」

「Hotel Alpenhof is an excellent small alpine hotel. Our room was lovely, had a great view to the mountains, nice balcony and excellent beds. The hotel staff was most welcoming and friendly and went the extra mile to make us and our small dog feel comfortable during our whole stay. Thank you」

「When we checked in the reception was nice . The room was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The owner was not friendly. I could not get any Wifi signal in our room. So bad. Only in the lobby.」

「從火車站往市中心一直走8-10分鐘就到達，市中心很多食店，酒店大堂和房間的裝修和設備有點舊,像70年代，訂了兩個房間但其中一個厠所有點臭味，但以價格來說value for money，尤其和鄰近地區比較(Andermatt, Visp)」

「We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.」
