「Amazing location in old town. Very close to the shops and market but not on the centre of it. Quiet location. The hosts are incredibly accommodating, all questions about restaurants, beaches and transportation were answered straight away, regardless of the time of day or night. Highly recommend staying here. Their customer service was amazing. 」

「喜歡酒店位置非常棒方便，房間寬暢干净整潔，床上用品很舒服，但盖的被很薄，可我又不觉得冷。迷你式陽台好贊灯塔夜景和Venetian Harbour 就在眼前。前台服務員態度友善熱情，有問必答绐我更好建議，让我順利訂到去圣托尼里船票，推薦好餐廳讓我吃到喜歡的海鮮美食，早餐雖然是在樓下旁邊的餐廳，但很享受在Venetian Harbour用膳的這種感覺。有留言酒店需要到機場接機，司機很准時到達機場，當然自己另付費，工作人員也把我的行李拿到樓上，離開時拿下來，前台為我打電話召的士等等·⋯⋯非常感謝！印象很好，下次還會再來。」

「Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Es war angegeben, dass es einen Parkplatz gibt aber leider konnten wir diesen nicht finden. Daher haben wir einen öffentlichen Parkplatz genutzt.」

「Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments...

「Immaculate hotel with large spacious rooms. Lovely balcony with a sea view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a’la carte and was delicious. Makes a lovely change from a buffet. Staff were all extremely friendly and always helpful.」

「George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.」

「Property was in a great spot, within walking distance for many places!!! They arranged our transportation when requested. Very comfy beds, fantastic shower!!! Only issue was jack hammering all day across the street, so very noisy at this time so may want to ask if it was completed before you book.」

Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful. 「Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.」
