「Property itself is beautiful. The biggest issue we had, is check-in was at 4:00, and we didn't get a room until 5:30. I understand it was a sold out night, but our room also didn't feel extremely 」

「I asked for another room and was willing to pay and was told I was in an upgraded room. There were gapping holes in the wall in the bathroom that I stuffed with Kleenex because I was worried someone was watching me. I asked for a balcony to sit on and was given a room that was over the roof and had stacks as my view and couldn’t even fit a chair if I wanted to. Again, I was told I had an upgrade.
