「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「Painfully average hotel. In-room hair dryer and iron were terrible. Iron leaked water all over my clothes instead of steaming. The bathroom door was awfully inconvenient to work around just to get to the shower. After flying in I wanted to have a long hot shower and I was met with a subpar fan to ventilate the steam, so the smoke detector started going off. Thankfully I spent almost zero time in my room during my trip. Not sure it was worth the amount I paid.」

「For a Motel, this is well ran. For 1, the towels were as fluffy and soft as can be, which was great. Bring your own shower kit (soaps and whatnot), if you stay in motels you should plan on that anyway. Everything was very clean, some spots I saw could have been a little better, but nothing that was a big deal. It was cleaner than some hotels I've been to. The linens felt very nice, good quality. The rooms have A view But the interesting part is To enjoy the view You have to open the blinds That look outside across the walkway leading in front of all the rooms. 「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
