"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units.
