2/10 有點糟

We had a very disturbing and uncomfortable experience during our stay. At around 1:00 AM, while my family and I were in the bedroom preparing to sleep, I suddenly opened the window and was shocked to find an elderly man standing outside, apparently looking through our bedroom window and listening to us. We were extremely frightened and felt that our privacy had been seriously violated. When he realized that I had seen him, he pretended that he was simply pouring water on the grass. I immediately reported the incident to reception. What concerned me even more was being informed that there had already been several complaints regarding this man’s behavior. Regardless of who this person was or what his intentions were, guests should be able to feel safe and have complete privacy inside their accommodation, especially in their bedroom in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, this incident completely changed our impression of the property and made us feel unsafe. Based on this experience, this will be our last visit to this place.

We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an amazing service. I am a Hilton Dimond member but the 2 Hiltons are sold out so I picked this hotel , and now I want to come back in April and will only stay in this hotel - the property, amenities , service all 5 stars - just couldn't ask for more - Thank you so much - this will be my only stay place Everytime I come to Tangier (but please make sure to rent a car as taxi is bit hard to find nearby)
